How it works
After completing a pre-consultation questionnaire, I'll meet with you (online or in person) to explore your goals, preferences, and experiences. I'll then prepare some initial 'protocols' (mini lifestyle plans) to be reviewed in a follow-up meeting. Here you'll explore options together and I'll work collaboratively with you to refine the plans so that they feel right for you. You will then be ready to begin your journey. This can be self-managed or there are various follow-up options, allowing you to stay in touch and for protocols to be adapted as you progress. The process is summarised in the diagram.
